We are constantly striving to provide practical and useful information and assistance to older persons and their families. Become an ADVOCATE! Please assist us in making changes that will improve everyone's access to the services they may need and assure that older people seeking help will remain independent and be afforded the dignity they have earned by making their own choices. The ADVOCACY section of this website is a true "Call to Action" for citizens. It provides an opportunity to research and take an informed stand on issues critical to elders and their families.

Our guide, SPEAKING OUT is designed to assist you in contacting your legislators. The names and addresses of both State and Federal Legislators are included.

We also offer a listing of CURRENT ISSUES that are a concern of AAANM and may concern you. We are also interested in learning of other issues that may be a concern of older people and their families, so CONTACT US. Please take the time to become an advocate for elder concerns.
